2006 BUICK Lucerne L27/L67 (GMX172)
GMX172 / L27, L67 / The 2006 Buick Lucerne was offered with two main V6 engines: a 3.8L V6 naturally aspirated VVT L27 and a supercharged 3.8L V6 L67. The L67 engine was used mainly on the CXS trim and in select markets.
2007 BUICK Lucerne LLT/LC9 (GMX175)
GMX175 / LLT, LC9 / The 2007 Buick Lucerne was offered primarily with two V6 engines: a 3.8L naturally aspirated engine (engine code LC9) and a 3.9L Supercharged V6 (engine code LLT). The supercharged LLT offered notably higher output and was available on higher trims.
2009 BUICK Lucerne LZ4/LH8 (GMX166)
GMX166 / LZ4, LH8 / The 2009 Buick Lucerne was available with two main V6 engines: a 3.8L V6 (LZ4) and a 3.9L V6 (LH8). The 3.8L LZ4 was the primary engine for base and mid trims, while the 3.9L LH8 was used primarily in the CXS trim for increased performance.
