1996 MAZDA MX-6 KL-DE/FS-DE (GD)
GD / KL-DE, FS-DE / The 1996 Mazda MX-6 was available with two main engine variants globally: a 2.5L V6 KL-DE engine primarily in North America producing approx. 164 hp, and a 2.0L inline-4 FS-DE engine in Japan and some European markets producing approx. 135 hp. 1997 MAZDA MX-6 KL-DE/KF (GE)
GE / KL-DE, KF, FS-DE / The 1997 Mazda MX-6 was available with multiple engines depending on market: a 2.5L KL-DE V6 in North America producing around 164 hp, a 2.0L FS-DE inline-4 in Europe and Japan with roughly 140 hp, and the 2.5L KF V6 in some markets producing up to 160 hp.
